Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Ability to pass a background check and demonstrate appropriate client boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis and treatment reviews.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance community mental health services.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to support client goals.
