Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with clients facing a diverse range of issues.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document ongoing treatment and maintain adherence to company guidelines.
- Provide excellent client care and collaborate within a dynamic team.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and staff as needed.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
