Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution
- Full, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively
- Comfort in working with diverse client concerns
- Ability to pass a background check and demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions
- Diagnose and create treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans according to company policy
- Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis and case notes
- Collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients
- Coordinate services with care providers and participate in clinical meetings
