Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with clients presenting a variety of issues.
- Ability to pass a background check to ensure safe care.
- Ability to establish stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Document ongoing treatment plans and case notes according to company policy.
- Provide care and collaborate with a team to address community mental health needs.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and families as needed.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
