Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose accordingly.
- Create and implement treatment plans and document sessions following company guidelines.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill community needs.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to assist clients in achieving goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers, families, and medical personnel as needed.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
