Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative skills to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with a diverse range of client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose patients.
- Create and implement treatment plans for clients.
- Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis and case notes per company policy.
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Coordinate services with other care and educational providers as needed.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and training.
