Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in collaborative work to meet deadlines.
- Comfort in working with a diverse range of client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients meet their goals.
- Coordinate services with other care and support providers.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and training.
