Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to collaborate creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with clients with a diverse range of problems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and create a treatment plan.
- Provide excellent care for clients while collaborating with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session as per company guidelines.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for full-time positions.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
