Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Ability to work comfortably with a diverse range of client issues.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation as per company policy, including diagnosis and treatment reviews.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance community mental health services.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients exceed their goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers, families, and school staff as needed.
- Attend all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
