Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfort working with clients with diverse concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check to confirm safe care provision.
- Demonstrates appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation per company policy, including diagnosis and treatment reviews.
- Provide excellent client care while collaborating with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Coordinate services with other care and support providers as necessary.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
