Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfort working with clients facing a diverse range of issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans and complete necessary documentation.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Coordinate services with care providers and attend clinical meetings.
