Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of client concerns.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose and create treatment plans.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with a team to fill mental health care gaps in the community.
- Attend all clinical meetings and trainings as required.
- Submit individual documentation for each session per company protocols.
