Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with clients with a diverse range of concerns.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose and create treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis and treatment reviews.
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with a dynamic clinical team.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
