Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW/LICSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with clients with diverse issues.
- Ability to pass a background check for safe care provision.
- Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Document ongoing client's progress according to company protocol.
- Provide high-quality care and collaborate with a dynamic clinical team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to enhance client outcomes.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for full-time status.
- Coordinate with other care providers and participate in clinical meetings.
