Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of client problems.
- Ability to pass a background check to ensure safe care.
- Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide care for clients and collaborate with a team to address community gaps.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
