Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
- Complete documentation as per company policy, including treatment plan reviews and case notes.
- Provide excellent care to clients and collaborate with other care providers.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
