Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with diverse client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check for safe care.
- Stable and appropriate client boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions.
- Diagnose and create treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis and treatment reviews.
- Provide excellent care for clients.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to fill community gaps.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines.
- Coordinate services with care providers and attend clinical staff meetings.
