Requirements
- Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with individuals having behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance misuse.
- Welcomes new graduates.
- Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient, determining session frequency and duration.
- Perform medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Have flexibility in scheduling and focus solely on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
