Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans, including ongoing documentation as per company policy.
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with a team to fill community gaps.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients reach their goals.
- Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings.
