Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in collaborative and creative work environments.
- Comfort working with diverse client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and make diagnoses.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete documentation including diagnoses and treatment plan reviews.
- Provide excellent client care in collaboration with a clinical team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and staff.
- Attend and participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
