Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of client concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients based on assessments.
- Create and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to fill service gaps.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Prepare and submit documentation for each session according to company guidelines.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
- Coordinate services with other care providers, families, and school staff.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
