Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and create treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide excellent care, collaborating with a dynamic team to fill community gaps.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients exceed goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
