Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative attitude and creativity in meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working with clients with diverse issues.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including treatment plan reviews and case notes.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance community mental health services.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to assist clients in achieving goals.
- Maintain at least 32 patient care hours per week for full-time status.
