Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively under deadlines.
- Comfort in working with diverse client problems.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis and treatment plan reviews.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide excellent client care.
- Utilize creative interventions to assist clients in achieving goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers as needed.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
