Requirements
- Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and substance misuse.
- Successful completion of the PMHNP-BC exam preferred; open to new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, focusing on outpatient behavioral health services.
- Customize care for each patient, determining frequency and duration of sessions.
- Conduct medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as required.
