Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfort with clients facing diverse mental health issues.
- Pass background check and maintain boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation according to company policy.
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with a team to fill gaps in the community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
