Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with clients with a diverse range of issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions.
- Prepare and submit documentation for each session according to company guidelines.
- Coordinate services with various personnel as needed.
- Attend all clinical staff meetings and training.
