Requirements
- Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with individuals with various behavioral health issues.
- Experience under supervision of a consulting psychiatrist.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model.
- Provide customized care for each patient with autonomy in scheduling and session length.
- Conduct medication management and psychotherapy, including family and group therapy as needed.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
