Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfort working with a diverse range of client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions.
- Diagnose and create treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to fill community service gaps.
- Document each session according to company policies.
- Provide excellent client care and utilize creativity in interventions.
- Meet minimum availability of 32 hours for patient care weekly.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
