Requirements
- Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with persons who have various behavioral health issues such as mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and substance misuse.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of visits.
- Conduct medication management and individual psychotherapy, as well as family and group therapy when appropriate.
- Handle clinical care and documentation, with support from back-office teams for administrative tasks.
