Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with clients with diverse issues.
- Ability to pass a background check demonstrating safe care provision.
- Ability to maintain stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose patients.
- Create and implement treatment plans for clients.
- Complete documentation including diagnosis, treatment reviews, and case notes.
- Provide high-quality care and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Coordinate services with other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
