Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage a diverse range of client issues.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and create treatment plans.
- Document ongoing updates including diagnosis and treatment reviews.
- Provide excellent patient care and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients meet their goals.
- Cooperate with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
