Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) required.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with clients with diverse issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Provide excellent care for clients while collaborating with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity to help clients achieve their goals.
- Prepare and submit documentation for each session per company guidelines.
- Coordinate services with providers, families, and other stakeholders.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
