Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with a diverse range of client problems.
- Ability to pass a background check for safe care.
- Demonstrate and model stable boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans while completing ongoing documentation.
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for full-time status.
- Coordinate services with other care providers as needed.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
