Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and creatively meet deadlines, and model stable boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and create treatment plans.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Maintain documentation according to company policy.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend staff meetings.
