Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of clients.
- Background check eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation and case notes as per company policy.
- Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the treatment team.
