Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort in working with clients with diverse concerns.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose patients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment reviews, and case notes.
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with a team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to achieve client goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings.
