Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse range of client concerns.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans, ensuring ongoing documentation.
- Provide quality care for clients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend staff meetings and trainings.
