Requirements:

• A portfolio of professional UI and UX design work for web and mobile platforms.
• A thorough understanding of all stages of UI and UX design with project execution capability from start to finish.
• Basic understanding of data and analytics tools like Google Analytics, MixPanel, Maze, etc.
• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with some familiarity with basic motion graphics (After Effects).
• Good understanding of web and mobile technologies like HTML, CSS, JS, iOS, and Android systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good multi-tasking, time-management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks strategically.
• Ability to learn and adopt new software and technologies quickly.
• Keen eye for design standards and quality.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and receptive to over-communication in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
• Producing high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Creating a distinctive UI language based on brand visual identities.
• Creating design systems for mobile and web products including visual design systems.
• Testing and evaluating designs using various testing tools.
• Analyzing user data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with the development team for proper implementation of designs.
