Requirements:

• PhD or equivalent industry R&D knowledge in neuroscience or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of state-of-the-art technologies in neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Parkinson's.
• Broad knowledge of therapeutic development processes within biotech or pharma.
• Experience in biotech, building and scaling technologies, fundraising, and leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the DSV team to co-found a new company focused on next-generation therapeutics for Parkinson's disease.
• Develop therapeutic solutions by partnering with Parkinson's UK and leveraging scientific research.
• Engage in fundraising, commercial partnerships, and team-building post-spinout.
