Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• 3+ years in a client-facing role at a growth/scale-up stage SaaS company.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, video, and event management products.
• Comfortable in dynamic, challenging environments and willing to work unconventional hours.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical sessions with customers and decision-makers.
• Fluency in English; German and French are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical pre-sales activities for new logo acquisition and expansion.
• Demo SpotMe products with tailored customer use cases across key verticals.
• Provide technical pre-sales and solution engineering support to sales team.
• Design solutions from initial lead to deal closure, collaborating with product and engineering.
• Create supporting assets for key deals, including videos and presentations.
• Drive technical discovery sessions with a detailed implementation plan for customers.
