Requirements:

Fluent in English.
Fluent in German, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
Detail-oriented and a high-standards achiever.
Strong computer skills and tech-savviness.
Proficiency with Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
Required to travel onsite for up to 3 events per month during busy seasons.
Eligible for international travel.
Past experience in an Event Agency, PCO, or other event-related position is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering Virtual, Hybrid and In-person events from kickoff to post-meeting review.
Coordinate internal resources and customer teams for event creation.
Lead projects ensuring adherence to high-quality standards for client experience.
Make sure all events are executed within agreed deadlines.
Utilize Backstage CMS to customize client apps and enhance participant experience.
Act as Backstage subject-matter expert for customers.
Brief and manage the assigned operations team including Live coordinator, Live producer, and Onsite coordinator.
