Requirements
- Accounting or business-related degree.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in preparing various tax returns including 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, and 1040 with Schedule C.
- Excellent general computer and data skills including MS Office and Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong experience using QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Previous outsourced accounting and multi-client experience.
- Able to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate is a plus.
- Verifiable references.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of tax and financial records through review of transactions/reports.
- Assist in all financial accounting processes.
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns.
- Address client questions and requests.
