• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Workable and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Capcut.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Client Success Team managers and candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
