• Strong understanding of web apps and related tech stacks.
• Familiarity with React, Node.js, AWS Lambdas, ECS, Serverless, and Typescript is helpful.
• Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• AWS/DevOps knowledge is a plus (including Lambdas, API gateways, SQS, ECS, Terraform).
• Basic command line skills recommended.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development and lead the development within a squad/team.
• Collaborate closely with product and data members to influence initiatives and ensure technical solutions align with product objectives.
• Ensure teams remain product and outcome led.
• Responsible for technical decisions within the squad.
• Manage 1-3 developers.
• Maintain standards across teams and owns multiple domains across the business.
• Work with security and compliance for accountability in specific domains.
• Identify dependencies and drive standardisation.
• Provide guidance to members across various teams.
• Identify product and tooling opportunities that drive revenue.
