Requirements:

• Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience working with behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and substance misuse.
• Welcome new graduates; successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
• Customize care for each patient based on their individual needs.
• Practice medication management and individual psychotherapy, as well as family or group therapy as needed.
• Create a flexible schedule, typically between Monday and Friday, without additional on-call responsibilities.
• Cover the care for own patients while the support team handles administrative tasks.
