Requirements
- Must have licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and substance misuse.
- Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model, focusing on outpatient behavioral health.
- Customize care for each patient, determining visit frequency and duration.
- Perform medication management and individual psychotherapy, along with family and group therapy when appropriate.
- Focus solely on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, supported by a back-office team.
