Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes as per company policy.
- Provide excellent care for clients and coordinate services with other care providers.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
