Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
• Experience in strategic product thinking and user-centered decisions.
• Design expertise in mobile platforms, web, and desktop applications.
• Ability to create polished, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to prioritize work based on user needs and business goals.
• Excitement about entrepreneurship and project development from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the complete product design lifecycle from wireframe to final implementation.
• Understand customer needs and translate insights into effective products and features.
• Quickly prototype ideas, design detailed flows and interactions, and collaborate with team.
• Contribute to the company’s design system and component library for consistency and scalability.
• Create optimized, practical interfaces and interactions, ensuring usability, ergonomics, and accessibility.
• Deliver interaction models, layouts, and visual design, following established principles and benchmarks.
• Transform low-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity user interfaces across Android, iOS, and web platforms.
• Create UI elements, mockups, and build interactive prototypes.
• Develop style guides and ensure a seamless design handoff process.
• Clarify design requirements and iterate throughout product and feature design phases.
