Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working with clients of diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and provide diagnoses.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment reviews, and case notes.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance community mental health services.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
